Inspiring The Next Generation of Martial Artists
We combine Ju Jistu and Kickboxing to provide you with a comprehensive martial art system for self protection.
We do not practice just self-defence and we do not practice our martial arts as a sport.
We practice a combination of traditional Japanese Ju-Jitsu techniques with modern Combat Martial Arts that offers our students a unique training opportunity to learn the style of martial arts that is still used by the world’s leading Special Forces today.

Our Little Kaisho Warrior classes are the perfect introduction to martial arts for children aged 4 years old and above.
Over the past 10 years we have produced a comprehensive and challenging syllabus which combines Ju-Jitsu, Karate and elements of kickboxing.
We provide high intensity Kickboxing training sessions for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Levels.
Our Women Only Kickboxing Classes are taken by our Black Belt instructors and will develop your skills confidence and self-belief.
